In order to search and select Video clips with attractive and engaging content, conveying clear messages, beautiful images, and vivid sound to use to propagate and promote the image of Quang Tri people, culture, festival, landscape, cuisine, etc to domestic and foreign tourists; And promoting Quang Tri as a safe, friendly and hospitable destination, the Quang Tri Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency (IPA) organizes the Quang Tri Tourism Video Clip Contest with the theme “I Love Quang Tri” in 2023 to find and select beautiful and high-quality video clips to serve the work of promoting and marketing Quang Tri tourism in the coming time.

On July 25, 2023, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued Plan No. 163/KH-UBND on organizing the tourism video clip contest with the theme "I love Quang Tri" in 2023; Specific content as follows:
1. Contest participants: All professional and non - professional authors who are Vietnamese citizens, both winthin and outside Viet Nam, as well as foreigners working and living in Vietnam.
Members of the Organizing Committee, the Judging Panel and Secretariat are not eligible to participate in the competition.
2. Regulations on number of entries and authors:
- Each author is allowed to only participate in a maximum of 05 video clips. Authors must provide personal information according to the form provided by the Organizing Committee (attached to these Rules).
- Each author is allowed to use 01 name and 01 address to register for the contest. If the author uses a stage name or pseudonym, his/her first and last name must be included.
- Prize receipt expenses and tax payments related to the prize are paid by the winning author according to current provisions of law.
- If the author has submitted a video clip to the contest and wants to withdraw from the contest, he or she must notify the Organizing Committee in writing before the deadline for submitting the application.
3. Regarding sharing contest entries on social networks:
- The Organizing Committee will soon post the contest entries on the contest's official fanpage: Visit Quang Tri.
- For the Top 05 social media prizes on the Visit Quang Tri fanpage: Based on the number of shares in public mode (share) for each contest work.
4. Location to receive contest entries:
- Via email: videoclipdulichquangtri@gmail.com
- Or send USB (or CD, DVD) video or link, registration form and information about contest entries by mail or directly to the Standing Organizing Committee at the address: Quang Tri Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency; Address: No. 06 Khoa Bao, Ward 3, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province; Phone number: 0233.3595.005. (Envelope clearly stating the entry for the Quang Tri tourism video clip contest)
5. Contest deadline: From the date of the Contest Launch Notice until November 25, 2023 (calculated by postmark). For entries sent via email: deadline to receive entries is before 11:00 a.m. November 25, 2023.
- Examination time: November-December 2023.
+ Judging the preliminary round: select 30 best works.
+ Judging the final round: choose 01 first prize, 02 second prizes, 03 third prizes, 05 consolation prizes.
+ Contest entries will be posted on Fanpage "Visit Quang Tri", Quang Tri Radio and Television Station (QRTV). Use software to determine the 05 most voted prizes on social networks (Fanpage Visit Quang Tri).
- Announcement and award time: Expected to be held in December 2023 (The contest Organizing Committee will have specific announcements later).
6. Contest prizes include:
