Hien Luong bridge in fine arts illumination

On the occasion of the national reunification day (April 30) and the 50th anniversary of Quang Tri's liberation, Quang Tri province installed lighting and sound systems at the special national relic sites on both sides of Hien Luong - Ben Hai, Quang Tri Ancient Citadel and Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery.

The total investment for the lighting and sound systems at the special national relic sites are implemented with socialization capital funded by T&T Group Joint Stock Company with the support of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

In Hien Luong - Ben Hai special national historical relic, the fine arts lighting and audio system were installed in the Hien Luong Bridge, Hien Luong flagpole, Monument of the border guard, Museum of the 17th parallel, and the Union House.

According to the plan, these architectural works will officially come into operation from 19:00 on April 30, 2022. However, up to now, the installation of the light system has been completed and put into trial operation. Therefore, many tourists come to visit and take pictures.

The flag- raising ceremony and military parade to mark the 47th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2022) and Quang Tri’s 50th liberation anniversary (May 1, 1972 - May 1, 2022) will take place at the local Hien Luong – Ben Hai special national monument at 7:00 am on April 30, 2022.
