Support to promote provincial businesses to directly participate in foreign distribution networks from now until 2023

On September 18, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 185/KH-UBND to implement the Project "Promoting Vietnamese enterprises to directly participate in foreign distribution networks until 2030" in the province.
 

Accordingly, from now until 2030, Quang Tri province will provide market information support for 500 - 700 businesses; Support in training and consulting to improve competitiveness and supply capacity to gradually participate in the global value chain for over 200 businesses. At the same time, support 30-50 businesses participating in cross-border e-commerce. Organize and support 50-70 connections and transactions between businesses and foreign distribution networks. The province also set a goal, striving by 2030, to have some of the province's key export products available in traditional and online distribution chains in a number of countries with Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with Vietnam.
Through the implementation of the Project "Promoting Vietnamese Enterprises to directly participate in foreign distribution networks until 2030" to increase direct export turnover to foreign distribution systems each year of products that are Quang Tri province's strong exports. Striving by 2030, Quang Tri's export goods will be present in a number of traditional and online distribution chains in countries that have Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with Vietnam. Organize production in a sustainable direction, thereby enhancing the long-term competitiveness of businesses; Attracting domestic and foreign investment in green, clean, sustainable production, processing high quality export goods, bringing high added value to the province's export products.
To achieve the set goals, according to the plan, the province will support businesses with market information; Support businesses to build supply capacity for foreign markets. At the same time, the province will effectively implement trade - investment - tourism promotion programs; implementing the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products" connecting domestic and international businesses, promoting goods distribution through e-commerce platforms. Promote foreign-invested enterprises in Quang Tri operating in the distribution field to invest in production to export goods to distribution systems abroad, etc.
 

The Provincial People's Committee requires local authorities based on assigned functions and tasks, to review, integrate and link content on promoting businesses to directly participate in foreign distribution networks. in the planning and development plans of industries and fields, and at the same time continue to promote the implementation of contents on promoting businesses to directly participate in foreign distribution networks in existing programs./.
