Vietnam removes COVID-19 test requirement since 15th May 2022

Foreign arrivals will no longer have to take any COVID-19 tests to enter Viet Nam from 15th May 2022, the Government announced on 13th May.

The moves was made as the number of infections and deaths has reduced significationly since 15th May while the vaccination rate is high. Vietnam already suspended mandatory health declaration regulations for foreign arrivals from 27th April 2022.

However, the Government asked the Ministry of Health closely monitors the pandemic situation and issues the guides on appropriate prevention and control measures.
